Holding the key to the “S” in ESG!

Companies are working hard to achieve their ESG ambitions. What stands out is that there is a strong focus on the "E" for Environment in ESG. Europe is adopting and promoting measurable goals regarding climate change, pollution, biodiversity, the circular economy, and water. But what about the "S" for Social in ESG?

There is still much to be done on issues such as job security, working hours, living wages, social dialogue, freedom of association, work-life balance, safety, health, gender equality, equal pay for equal work, education, development, inclusion, preventing violence and harassment, diversity, child labor, and modern slavery. How do you shape sustainable leadership? And what role do you play in reliably collecting and interpreting data on social issues? How are you driving the ESG agenda within your organization?
