Sacha Martina

Sacha Martina is a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong passion for Diversity and Inclusion. After years of working as an entrepreneur in the HR/Recruitment industry and noticing significant disparities in representation and equality, she found her true calling in DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). With her unwavering dedication to creating a just world for everyone, she has become a public speaker, trainer, and event host, sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower individuals and organizations. Together with business partner Danielle Jiskoot, she launched "House of Inclusion" in January 2024. The start-up focuses on providing training, workshops, and advice to companies aiming to improve their diversity and inclusion strategies. House of Inclusion is a "modern style consultancy" that creatively and agilely pushes organizations out of their comfort zones. Their clients include names like Jaarbeurs, Center Parcs, Vinted, and Verisure.

Sacha was named Role Model 2023 by Equals and is considered one of the most inclusive leaders in the Netherlands by MT Sprout.

She loves challenging, inspiring, and motivating others. In her world, there are no boundaries, and everyone is treated equally.

Additionally, she is a proud mother of two daughters and sees it as her calling to be a strong role model for her children and future generations as a woman, mother, and entrepreneur.
